The short version. Your ticket gets you into the day you bought it for, and Sunday VIP covers Saturday night too. Be respectful, keep submitted music free of profanity, and know we may film the event. If we cancel, you get your money back. Details below.
Who we are
The AI Music & Video Creator Weekend is produced by Samori Coles, with co-producer Olivia B. Moore, and presented by AI Soundcheck and Sound & Screen. Samori Coles runs this site and ticketing. By using this site or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms.
The event
- Saturday, October 17, 7 PM to 10 PM: AI Creator Meetup & Listening Event.
- Sunday, October 18, 12 PM to 3 PM: AI Music & Video Workshop Series.
- Where: Cr8tive Lyfe Studios, 2700 Northeast Expressway, Suite B850, Atlanta, GA 30345.
Tickets
- Saturday and Sunday General are sold separately. A ticket admits one person to the day it's for. Sunday VIP is the exception: it also admits the holder to Saturday night's AI Creator Meetup & Listening Event. Saturday admission for VIP holders is checked at the door by name.
- Prices: Saturday $25. Sunday General $79 early bird, then $99. Sunday VIP $149 early bird, then $199.
- Early bird pricing ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern. After that, regular prices apply. Early bird prices can't be applied to an order placed after the deadline.
- Checkout, payment and your confirmation are handled through our ticketing platform. Keep your confirmation email. You may be asked for it, or your name, at the door.
- Tickets are limited and sold first come, first served.
What VIP includes
A Sunday VIP ticket includes everything in General, plus:
- Entry to Saturday night's AI Creator Meetup & Listening Event, October 17, 7 PM to 10 PM.
- A private AI Creator Masterclass with Samori and Olivia via Zoom. We'll email the date and link to VIP ticket holders.
- The How to Copyright Your Music course, yours to keep, for your personal use.
- 30 days inside AI Creator Society, on Skool. Skool's terms apply there.
Course and community access is for the ticket holder only and can't be shared or resold. Course material is educational, not legal advice.
Refunds and transfers
- Refunds are available on request until October 3, 2026. After that, tickets are non-refundable.
- Can't make it? You can transfer your ticket to someone else at any time before the event. Email us the new attendee's name and email.
- If we cancel the event, you get a full refund of what you paid for the canceled day.
- If we move the event to a new date or venue, you can keep your ticket for the new date or ask for a full refund.

Changes to the program
Live events change. Session times, the order of sessions, panelists and special guests may change, and that isn't grounds for a refund. We'll tell ticket holders about any significant change by email.
At the event
- Treat people with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disrupting sessions isn't tolerated.
- Follow the venue's rules and staff.
- We can refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose conduct puts others at risk or ruins the event for them, without a refund.
- You're responsible for your own belongings.
Music you submit for Saturday night
- No profanity. Tracks with explicit language won't be played.
- Only submit music you have the right to share. It stays yours.
- By submitting, you agree it may be played in the room, and may be heard in photos, video or clips from the night.
- Submitting a track doesn't guarantee it will be played. We choose what plays and when.
Photos and video
We may photograph, film, record or stream parts of the weekend. By attending, you agree that you may appear in that footage, and that we may use it to share and promote this and future events, without payment to you. If you don't want to be featured, tell a host at the event and we'll do our best to keep you out of it.
The free AI Creator Toolkit
The toolkit is free for your personal use. Please don't resell it, republish it, or pass it off as your own. Share the link to get it instead: aicreatorweekend.com.
Our content
The site, the toolkit, the session material and the recordings belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Don't re-upload, resell, or use them to train an AI model.
No guarantees
We teach real skills from real experience. What you do with them is up to you. We make no promises about income, streams, followers or results. Nothing at the event or on this site is financial or legal advice.
Third-party services
Ticketing, payments, maps, music players, Zoom and Skool are run by other companies, and their terms apply on their platforms. We aren't responsible for what happens there.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the event or this site is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. You attend at your own risk. If a problem comes up, talk to us first. Most things get solved by two people acting in good faith.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with it.
