The short version. We collect your email when you ask for the free AI Creator Toolkit, and your checkout details when you buy a ticket. We use them to send you what you asked for, run the weekend, and tell you about what's coming. We never sell your information, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
Who we are
The AI Music & Video Creator Weekend is produced by Samori Coles, with co-producer Olivia B. Moore, and presented by AI Soundcheck and Sound & Screen. Samori Coles runs this site, ticketing and the email list. When this page says "we," that's who it means.
What we collect, and when
- The free AI Creator Toolkit. Your email address. That's the only field on the form.
- Tickets. The details the checkout asks for, such as your name, email, phone number and billing information, and which tickets you bought.
- Music you submit for Saturday night. If you send a track to be played, we keep what you send so we can play it.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation.
There are no accounts or logins on this site, and we don't collect anything you don't give us.
Where your information lives
Toolkit sign-ups, ticket orders and emails run through Fiya, a customer and email platform built on HighLevel. It stores your details and sends our emails on our behalf, under its own privacy and security commitments.
Payments are handled by the payment processor connected to our checkout. Your card number goes to that processor, not to us. We never see or store your full card details.
What we send you, and how to make it stop
Sign up for the toolkit and we'll email it to you, then send updates about the weekend and related AI music and video events, courses and community from Samori Coles and Olivia B. Moore. Buy a ticket and you'll also get your confirmation and the details you need for the day.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list. Emails about a ticket you bought, like your receipt or a change to the schedule, still come, because you need them.
Cookies and browser storage
This site doesn't set advertising cookies, and as of the date above it runs no analytics or ad-tracking pixels. If that changes, this page changes with it. The page uses your browser's short-term session storage to remember small things during your visit, like whether you've already signed up for the toolkit, so it doesn't keep asking. That clears when you close the tab.
Some parts of the site are embedded from other services, and they may set their own cookies under their own policies: the Google map, the Spotify player, and the Fiya ticket checkout.
Services that make the site run
- Fiya / HighLevel: the toolkit form, ticketing and email.
- Vercel: hosting. Like every host, it keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Google: the fonts you're reading and the venue map.
- Spotify: the AI Soundcheck Radio player.
- Skool: the AI Creator Society, if your ticket includes access. Skool's own terms and privacy policy apply there.
What we will never do
- Sell or rent your information. To anyone.
- Add you to our list without you asking or buying.
- Hide the unsubscribe link.
Photos and video at the event
We may photograph and film the weekend, and you may appear in that footage. See theTerms & Conditions for how we use it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR and the CCPA give you formal rights over your data, including access, correction and deletion. You don't need to cite a law. Ask, and we'll show you what we have, fix what's wrong, or delete it. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as records of a purchase.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If a child's information ends up with us, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
